MINISO NEW ZEALAND RETURNS POLICY

Please choose your items carefully. We do not provide any refund if you have simply changed your mind with your purchase. If the purchased item was a discounted item, no refund or exchange will be provided unless the item is deemed faulty.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we reserve the right to offer an exchange within 14 days of original purchase. Please return all items with the original receipt and ensure the following conditions are met:

  • Item is in its original packaging and resalable condition;
  • Original tags and/or labels have not been removed;
  • Item is unworn or unused

We will not entertain items brought back without a valid receipt. Online purchases cannot be returned in store.

Please be aware that the following items are not returnable: -

  • Cosmetics
  • Skincare
  • Fragrances
  • Shavers
  • Electric toothbrushes
  • Hair brushes
  • Food & beverages
  • Batteries
  • Pens
  • Beauty products (including masks)
  • Swimwear
  • Intimates/Underwear (including shapewear & sports bras)
  • Hand sanitizers
  • Face masks

For faulty items, we will offer a refund or exchange within 28 calendar days of original purchase.

In addition, once the item is deemed faulty, we reserve the right to offer an exchange on small electronics and electronic accessories within 1 year of original purchase.

We will not provide a refund, exchange, or repair if the item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use.
